City Mist Productions is the brainchild of writer/director Zach Garrigus, an artistic collective dedicated to producing creative, independent film in the Baltimore Area, made by artists for artists. If you're a low budget filmmaker hoping to bring an idea to life, we can make it happen.

At City Mist Productions, we believe that filmmaking is a collaborative art. None of our short films or music videos could have become a reality without the help of our experienced team of local filmmakers and artists, many of whom studied film alongside City Mist founder Zach Garrigus.

Shot during the spring of 2022, Machinations is City Mist Productions' first collaboration with composer Olivia Springberg, who has gone on to create the score for The Outsider, a project that will see release from City Mist in late 2023.
